We are looking for our new Technical Writer colleague to maintain the documentation of our software products.

Your tasks will include

  • Creating and updating software documentation.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation outputs, for example Confluence pages, webhelps, PDFs.
  • Creating effort estimations for your tasks.
  • Working in close collaboration with software developers.
  • Supervising the overall documentation project, from collecting information to requesting reviews.
  • Sharing innovative ideas with our technical writing team to enhance company-wide documentation processes.
  • Continuously improving your professional expertise.

You are looking for us, if you

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Have professional proficiency in reading and writing in English or you are a native speaker.
  • Can explain complex technical concepts in a clear and meaningful manner.
  • Have some experience in software development projects.
  • Are acquainted with cloud-based document handling systems.
  • Have worked with XML-based authoring tools.
  • Have a strong affinity for technical documents,
  • Are willing to take responsibility for the whole documentation project.
  • Are able to work in an international environment.
  • Have good time and task management skills.
  • Are able to adapt to changing requirements.

You will be successful if you

  • Have Master's degree in English or in a technical field.
  • Are willing to travel abroad for short periods.
