Scrum Master állás

Scrum Masters will oversee the development process and ensure smooth and continual delivery across teams.

This role will work closely with Product Owners, Developers and QAs to understand the user requirements, quality control user stories, help prioritise and coordinate development and measure progress.

You will be responsible for

• Working in a scaled environment, aim is to make the scaled design more accurate.
• Driving and facilitating the Scrum activities in the team like PI planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospective, and product demos with the focus on improving team efficiency.
• Creating dashboards.
• Facilitating the team, removing impediments, and ensuring they maintain a consistent delivery rhythm.
• Finding new ways of boosting performance and efficiency of the team, (e.g. using AI, introducing new ways and tools).
• Ensuring that team decisions are documented, and followed up on agreements.
• Encouraging collaboration within the Scrum team, between teams and with other stakeholders.

You are an ideal candidate if you have

• Hands-on experience in SAFe environment or a SAFe certification.
• Experience with with PI Planning process and ability to support the team throughout it.
• Responsibility and capability to improve team velocity.
• Proven track record of proactive approach.
• High-level knowledge and practical use of JIRA/Trackspace.
• Fluent English knowledge.
