Overview POST-PRODUCTION COORDINATOR We are looking for a Post-Production Coordinator to support smooth, organized, and timely delivery across a high-volume, multi-brand post-production workflow. You will help manage schedules, track deliverables, coordinate between creative and technical teams, and ensure assets move through the pipeline accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys bringing structure to complexity, and wants to contribute directly to high-quality creative output. What you'll do Coordinate post-production workflows across editing, motion graphics, VFX, sound, and finishing Build and maintain schedules, track deadlines, and ensure assets and references are properly organized Document and share client feedback; support communication between internal teams and client-facing leads Keep project management tools updated (ShotGrid, Airtable, Wrike) and organize review cycles Support producers with resource planning, booking talent, and preparing documentation Assist with estimates, budgets, vendor tracking, and maintaining POs and contracts Check file naming, formats, and specs; support QC and final delivery Contribute to workflow improvements and adoption of new tools and processes What we are looking for 2-3+ years in post-production, production, or creative operations Experience coordinating projects across video, digital, or social content Understanding of the post-production pipeline and working with creative teams Strong organizational and workflow coordination skills Ability to manage schedules, assets, and documentation with precision Familiarity with Adobe Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Avid, ShotGrid, Airtable, Wrike, or similar tools Clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and strong collaboration skills Excellent time management and a solutions-oriented mindset Awareness of sustainable production practices Why you'll love it here You'll support post-production for diverse global brands, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality delivery.
