Coca‑Cola HBC Hungary is now looking for an INDIRECT PROCUREMENT MANAGER for the secondary packaging materials category – someone who enjoys collaborating across multiple functions, loves coordinating processes, and is excited to take ownership of complex responsibilities.

THESE WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AS A CATEGORY MANAGER

In this role, you will be responsible for the local execution and operational management of secondary packaging procurement, working with suppliers selected through centrally managed Group Procurement processes. You will ensure effective implementation of these sourcing decisions and support seamless day-to-day operations across the full supply chain.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting group‑level tender processes (labels, films, cartons, glue, BIB)
  • Implementing centrally awarded supplier strategies defined by Group Procurement for the local market, ensuring correct setup, alignment, and execution
  • Price alignment, updating supplier SLAs, managing SKU lists
  • Coordinating artwork preparation and new material validations
  • Providing professional guidance to the Junior Buyer
  • Coordinating cross-functional activities related to new product introductions, including planning, validation of new materials, and ensuring timely execution together with Planning, QSE, and Plant teams
  • Managing supply issues and identifying alternative solutions
  • Providing cost savings estimates, validating price accuracy, and sharing volume forecasts with suppliers and Group Procurement
  • Cross‑functional collaboration with Planning, QSE, the plant, suppliers, and Group Procurement

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:
  • At least 2–4 years of procurement experience
  • Confidence in using English in your daily work
  • Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills
  • A decisive yet collaborative approach
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform pricing calculations, validate data, and assess savings opportunities
  • A proactive and resilient mindset with strong coordination skills, including the ability to align stakeholders and overcome resistance across different functions
  • Openness to working with cross‑functional teams
