Main responsibilities:

• 
  Printing, preparing, and stamping shipment and export-related documents
• Preparing document packages for customer shipments
• Organizing and dispatching documents to customers via courier services
• Maintaining and updating document shipment trackers and internal databases
• Monitoring courier deliveries and tracking shipment statuses
• Supporting the Sales Order Management team with daily administrative tasks
• Assisting Senior Analysts with document preparation and data entry activities
• Ensuring completeness and accuracy of documents before dispatch
• Supporting process improvement and team administration activities as required

About you

Experience:

• 
  Ongoing university studies in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields

• min. 30-40 hours availability/week

Soft and technical skills:

• Advanced MS office skills

• Problem solving oriented

• Excellent communication skills

• Pro-active attitude

• Able to present challenges on a constructive way

• General interest in working with data and system
• Customer-oriented mindset

Languages: Fluent in English mandatory (written and spoken) , Nice to have additional foreign language skills (French preferably)
