What we ask:
Ongoing studies in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or Training & Development
Excellent communication (spoken and written) in English
Dutch language knowledge is an advantage
Confident knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools
Availability of at least 25 hours/week
Eagerness to learn and ability to bring a high dose of service orientation
Strong attention to details, the ability to work precisely and independently
Prooblem solving and prioritization skills, a real can do attitude
You are a real team player eager to be a part of something new

Vacancy description:
As a trainee within the People Services & Solutions team, you will be focusing on:

Learning more about processing HR service requests, for example; worktime, employment certificates, workforce administratiom, employment contracts and contract modifications, onboarding new joiners into our systems and offboarding leavers, learning administration etc.
Supporting the team to ensure that the correct data is entered into our systems in full and on time and in line with our internal policies and local/global regulations
Connecting' data from various HR systems, possibilities to analyse data for improvement initiatives
Supporting our knowledge management expert in keeping knowledge in our HR tools up to date
Collaborating with other teams within and outside HR
Receive coaching & guiding from experienced HR colleagues and leaders
