About the job and responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Payroll & HR Operations Specialist to join our growing team in the tourism sector. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR administration, payroll coordination, employee support, and efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll data and coordinate with our external payroll provider.
- Support recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee data and support the administration and development of Personio.
- Prepare HR reports and support employees and managers with day-to-day HR and payroll questions.
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
Your profile
About You
- Experience in HR administration, payroll, or HR operations.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of Hungarian employment and payroll processes.
- Confident communication skills in Hungarian and English.
- Experience with Personio or another HRIS is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while enjoying a collaborative team environment.
