Duties:

  • Regulatory risk assessment and categorization of AI systems according to the EU AI Act risk classification, in client projects
  • Preparation of compliance gap analysis and remediation roadmap for clients
  • Development of governance frameworks, policies, and controls in client environments
  • Development of general corporate AI application systems
  • Application of specific governance issues of AI agent systems to the corporate environment
  • Integration of data protection (GDPR) and sectoral compliance issues into AI governance
  • Workshops and trainings held for client-side stakeholders (legal, compliance, IT, business)
  • Participation in the professional development of AI governance in our digital transformation training programs, and professional supervision of this
  • Professional expert participation in client inquiries
  • Maintaining contact with law firms, regulatory and professional organizations

Requirements:

  • Law degree
  • 3-5 years of applied corporate legal practice
  • 2-3 years of AI governance experience (practical application of EU AI Act and GDPR)
  • Fluent Hungarian and English language skills

Advantages:

  • Relevant certifications: CIPP/E, CIPM, ISO/IEC 42001 (AI Management System), ISO/IEC 27001
  • Sectoral compliance experience (especially in the banking, insurance sector)
  • DORA compliance experience (Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 on the digital operational resilience of the financial sector)
  • Consulting background with client-delivery experience
  • Experience in developing Responsible AI / AI ethical frameworks
  • Professional publication or speaker background in the field of AI governance / data protection

Our Governance Expert will be the person who represents the AI Governance competence within the AI COE at Shiwaforce, reporting to the Head of AI, in the compliance and governance consulting delivered to our clients. The role is primarily client-oriented: you will develop the regulatory compliance and governance frameworks for AI systems in client environments.
