We are expanding our UX team and are looking for a design professional who can craft exceptional digital experiences through thoughtful design, strong visual execution and human-centered thinking.

In this role, you will drive the design of intuitive, high-quality user experiences across complex SaaS products. From early discovery to high-fidelity execution, you will shape end-to-end user journeys with clarity and precision. You will work closely with engineers and stakeholders to translate product vision into scalable, well-structured solutions. Your focus will be on simplifying complexity, improving flows and delivering pixel-perfect design that creates real impact for users in global contexts.

Tasks

  • Drive the design of pixel-perfect, high-fidelity interfaces, components and interaction flows across the product
  • Own and evolve the visual language, including iconography and UI assets, ensuring a cohesive and scalable system
  • Translate complex requirements into clear user flows, structures and production-ready prototypes in Figma
  • Identify UX and product opportunities proactively, not just execute on requirements
  • Communicate design decisions clearly, aligning stakeholders around usability, clarity and product goals
  • Treat design as a team discipline, collaborating closely with designers, sales and engineering to ensure precise implementation and uncompromising quality
  • Evolve and maintain the design system as a core product asset
  • Contribute to product thinking by bringing a strong user perspective into decision-making
  • Support and elevate design culture within the team

Must have

  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI and product design work across web and/or mobile platforms
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design
  • Strong product thinking, balancing user needs, business goals and technical constraints
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Experience working with data (analytics, user behavior) to inform design decisions
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, user research and usability validation methods
  • Ability to manage the full design process from concept to delivery
  • Exceptional visual and aesthetic sense with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher
  • Based in Hungary and open to working on-site in our Szeged office on a regular basis

Nice to have

  • Experience with design tokens, theming, or scalable systems (e.g. dark mode, white-labeling)
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design
  • Experience with SVG animation or Adobe After Effects
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS, with a good understanding of front-end implementation constraints
  • Working knowledge of German (B1 level or higher)
  • Experience with DTP and print design
