Our IT security company is focusing on large corporations and governmental intituitions recruits a collegaue working as a junior helpdesk/desktop support specialist. Your tasks would be the followings:
- Ticket administration
- Taking and managing calls in the Service Desk
- Providing User Support (On-Site, Remote)
- Providing client-side support activities
- Managing inventory and related administrative tasks
- Administration of PBXs
- Support Mobile Devices (Smartphone)
- Participation in projects
- Participation in testing
- Preparing documentations
Requirements:
Minimum requirement to have completed a professional qualification- Knowledge of Microsoft Client-Side Software (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 and 8.1, Windows 10, MS Office Applications)
- Experience in PC service
- Understanding printer infrastructures
- ITIL knowledge
- MS SCCM knowledge
- Experience in Enterprise IT environment
