Join our dynamic team at Siemens Energy in Budapest, where you will play a pivotal role in the Hot Blade Manufacturing unit. Imagine designing and optimizing high-precision manufacturing fixtures that enhance efficiency and uphold the highest quality standards for gas turbine components. You will lead the end-to-end development of these fixtures, utilizing advanced CAD/CAM programming and providing essential technical support for CNC machining processes. Your contributions will directly impact throughput and setup times, ensuring the successful machining of complex blade and vane profiles. How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will design and develop high-precision manufacturing fixtures and specialized tooling using advanced CAD software.
• Generate, simulate, and optimize CNC manufacturing programs to ensure error-free machining processes.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to translate technical drawings into robust fixture designs.
• Configure and optimize CNC programs for Sinumerik control systems, ensuring optimal machine parameters.
• Provide technical support on the shop floor for the trial, setup, and troubleshooting of new fixtures on CNC machines.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in fixture manufacturing, tool design, or CAD/CAM engineering.
• Strong expertise in CAD/CAM design (NX) methodologies and CNC programming, particularly with Sinumerik controllers.
• Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and CNC machining processes (milling, grinding).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in technical documentation and process optimization.
• Fluent Hungarian is a must. English or German is a plus.
