About the Job: Leading initiatives that strengthen our brands and global reputation Supporting and mentoring emerging talent while building your own professional development Putting goals into practice, with sustainability, accessibility and social responsibility in mind Active representation of the "challenger" approach: simplification of complexity, integrity and straightforward operation Contribute to the development of a supportive, cooperative corporate culture based on recognition and attention Main Tasks: Lead and promote a culture of data driven approaches to contribute to country strategic and executional choices and constructively challenge the business Run analysis and generate business insights that drive business growth; sellout selling, customer dashboards, ecommerce, innovation analysis Cooperate with leadership to understand the goals, requirements and priorities and translate into advanced BI solutions Provide facts based recommendations to improve business performance Lead BI community (search for new solutions, inspiration, training, guidance) Design and develop automated reports and dashboards (clear, user friendly, insightful and tailored) Manage various data systems, design and develop connectors, flows, models We are Looking for You if: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, IT, or a related field Strong experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and data-driven decision-making Advanced Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization (required) Expert-level Excel proficiency, including correlations, forecasting/projections, Power Query, and Pivot Tables Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present compelling data-driven insights Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating ownership and project leadership E-commerce analytics experience and/or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred It's not just another career step – it's an opportunity to make a real difference and redefine the future of self-care around the world.
