Key Responsibilities:
Process Oversight: Support the planning, implementation, optimization, and measurement of business processes to drive operational excellence.

Tool and Model Management: Assist in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business tools, ensuring consistency and harmonization.

System Improvement Proposals: Develop proposals for system enhancements and oversee the testing and introduction of new techniques, tools, and processes.

IT Project Involvement: Participate in IT projects, contribute to system maintenance and development, and support strategic planning, scheduling and margin management areas.

Regulatory Compliance: Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing relevant regulations.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor processes and system performance, provide insights, and suggest improvements.

Business Analysis: Collect and prioritize business requirements, conduct business analysis, and create functional specifications.

Software Portfolio Management: Manage the software portfolio, acting as a bridge between end users, IT, and third-party support.

Required Qualifications:
Education: MSc in Chemical Engineering (nice to have), Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Skills:
Strong analytical and mathematical background.

Excellent interpersonal skills for effective project and stakeholder management.

Proficiency in functional specification writing and translating business needs into precise requirements for developers.

Experience with Microsoft technologies such as MS Excel (VBA), Power BI (DAX), Power Query, PowerPivot, Office applications

Language: Advanced level of English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory requirement):
Knowledge of supply chain optimization, planning and scheduling methods/tools.

Experience as a Product Owner in an agile development environment.

Experience with master data governance, master data management, data cleaning, and data quality assurance.

Familiarity with self-service business intelligence reporting and data modeling practices.
