Customer Service Agent

BYD Call center is a group of people handling the requests from the end customer from the channel included but not limited to calls, emails, texts, dealers, social media, live-chat. According to the business process of efficient, high-quality acceptance of customer feedback through voice and online channels, and maintain positive communication with customers, improve customer satisfaction, to ensure that the objectives of the full achievement of the work of the effective information collected in a timely manner feedback.

Main duties and responsibilities:

1.Handle inquiries, complaints, roadside assistance cases, suggestions, praises, and other feedback from customers through incoming calls/live chats/emails.

2.Maintain good relationships with customers through quality service, provide reasonable solutions to customers, and improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

3.Care about customers' needs and forward their concerns to relevant departments for follow-up and ensure the accuracy of recording.

4.Place priority on the scores of call recording quality inspection and customer satisfaction, and summarize work performance as required.

5.Master business knowledge and communication skills, and improve service level and customer satisfaction.

Required skills, qualifications, and experience.

1.【Can't provide visa sponsor for now】If you are not European，please hold working visa or Europass. College degree or above, customer service and related work experience is preferred;

2. Standard required language skill【Native English Speaker】 and certain computer operation ability;

3.It's an on-site job, you need to come to office 5 days a week.

4.Typing speed above 60 words/min;

5. Strong sense of responsibility, strong resistance to pressure, strong adaptability, able to independently deal with urgent problems;

6. Strong learning ability and communication skills;

7. good professionalism, strong organization and discipline.
