Your Key Responsibilities will be:

• Rotational Assignments: Engage in a series of rotational assignments across various functions, including marketing, market access and sales. Gain exposure to different functions and develop a holistic understanding of the industry and AbbVie.
• Project Management: Lead and contribute to strategic projects that drive business growth and operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions, leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Networking and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with colleagues, mentors and industry professionals to expand your professional network. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across the international organization

What we expect from you:

• Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University by the program start date.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaboration effectively with diverse teams. Digital proficiency.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn quickly. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for Pharma: Genuine interest in Bio-Pharma Industry and a passion for innovative healthcare solutions.
