Your responsibilities will be:

  • Participation in the preparation, implementation and monitoring of large-scale projects according to the Óbuda BIM Standard (setting up and monitoring of the requirements system, training of participants, on-site consultancy)
  • Managing and supporting the design of BIM projects in accordance with the requirements, participating in modelling
  • Participation in BIM project auditing
  • BIM template maintenance, development
  • BIM consultancy
  • Finding external resources, agreeing technical content and expectations, preparing agreements
  • Participation in the creation of the BIM tender strategy, preparing offers and agreements
  • Supporting the work of the Project Director involving subcontractors and other colleagues
  • Research and development (research, testing and implementation of new technologies, and further development of the BIM working method)
  • Applying a business-oriented approach in the delivery of BIM projects, supporting project management activities, and promoting the business value and sales of BIM services

What we are expecting from you:

  • University degree in architecture or a BSc in Architecture with a BIM Specialist qualification
  • 5 years of professional experience in design/construction
  • Experience in BIM projects
  • Proficiency in English and Hungarian
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of: ArchiCAD and/or Revit

It would be an advantage:

  • Knowledge of NavisWorks
  • Additional foreign language skills
  • Experience in project management, project coordination
