As a Production Control Specialist, at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.

In our Program Planning and Production Control Team we align the entire long- and short-term production program for the BMW Group Plant Debrecen, schedule our customer orders and monitor them constantly to ensure all cars are produced on time and in the most efficient manner.

What awaits you?

• Work environment - you will be working in an well-equipped open office area along with your team members with an access to a work station, kitchen, coffee shop and canteen.

• Team - as a member of our Program Planning and Production Control team you'll be working in a multicultural environtment together with 15-20 people. In the team there are junior, medior and senior colleagues, as well, and they are splitted into smaller groups based on the focus points (long-term, short term planning, order management).

• Definition of Production Plans - you will be responsible for the definition and and alignment of short- and long-term production plans for the different areas. Also you will be scheduling and optimizing production orders, and steering of primary demand.

• Problem Solving - you monitor customer order processing and handle deviations in order to ensure plant operations.

• Contact for internal customers - you will be the key point of contact for internal customers.

• Data maintenance - you will be responsible for master data maintenance for our production control IT systems.

What should you bring along?

• Educational Background - university degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent professional experience.

• Work Experience - at least 2 years of experience in program planning, production control and supply chain management. Ability to work independently in MS Excel, SQL & SAP skills would be an advantage.

• Language skills: fluent English skills are required, Hungarian and German knowledge are nice to haves.

• Quality Control - familiarity with process and quality optimization tools.

• Precision & Teamwork - ability to work under time pressure, being able to solve problems both independently or in a team. Precise, structured, analytical working style, straightforward communication.

• Work schedule - willingness to work in shifts.
