What you’ll do

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Field Business Support

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Duration: 12 months (+ possible prolongation until the full-time active student status criteria is met)

Time schedule: min. 24 hours/week (available time schedules 24 / 30 / 32 / 40)

• Assist in organization of learning materials
• Help in administrative tasks (reporting, data analyzing, etc)
• Follow operational procedures for sales, finance, and legal requirements, and maintain records
• Assist in verifying customer information and contract terms to prevent revenue issues

What you bring

• Enrolment as an active, full-time student (Bachelor or Master), applicable to the related field

• Proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• English language skills required
• Fresh perspective to the working environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with teams

Meet your team

Field Business Support Team is providing sales and advisory support to SAP Account Executives with Cloud sales deals. Our main tasks include processing customer requests, filling out necessary paperwork, and collaborating with various teams to finalize deals. This team is crucial for ensuring smooth sales processes and meeting sales targets. The team is located in various hubs (Hungary, Serbia, Czechia, Portugal…) and is communicating on a daily bases.
