Job Overview:

Prezi is seeking a talented Part-Time Recruiter with experience in technical recruitment as well as hiring for general business roles in the EU and the US. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to fill critical positions that align with Prezi’s goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process from job postings, sourcing when required, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation for both technical and non-technical business roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and build recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, with a focus on both technical roles (e.g., software engineers, product managers) and general business roles (e.g., marketing, sales, customer success).
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience through effective communication and timely updates.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to measure hiring progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to optimize the hiring process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on both technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers) and general business roles (e.g., design, marketing, operations).
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Exposure to international recruitment (especially working roles based in the US and EU)
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, ATS, job boards).
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to meet hiring needs.
  • Strong communication skills in English, organizational, and time-management skills.
