JOB DESCRIPTION
Name: Helpdesk Coordinator
Reports to: Site Coordinator
Part time role: 20h per week.
Role Purpose:
Performs high quality workplace management services and processes in the Partner's office (BP European Business Service Center Kft .: 1133 Budapest Árbóc u 1-3. ) in a timely manner in accordance with the Partner's business needs.
This role are basically related to the partner's Budapest site.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
Supporting and providing high level assistance to customers (via all communication channel personally, via e-mail, lync.
Sending and receiving of business packages delivered by courier services
Tracking of couriered items, informed and feedback to end-users
Receiving the incoming private parcels for Partner employees delivered by courier services
Handing out business packages and distributing them to the receiver
Registering and administrating mails and packages as Partner requested
Preparing and sending reports requested by the Partner of the registered items by the deadline
Printing FedEx delivery notes, shipments packaging, shipping
Managing the handout and handback process of the company devices, reporting the stock management in the manner requested by the Partner by the deadline (mobile devices for new joiners and leavers)
Receiving and distributing the employee benefits insured by the Partner related to motivation systems (vouchers, cards, christmas presents etc.)
Collecting, sorting and delivering internal and external mails
Event support (supervising, quality management and logistic)
Performing daily site inspection
Managing and registering the complaints by the end-users of the Partner on the maintaned channels (helpdesk, Lync, FM central mail account)
Providing cost effective reprographic, printing and graphic art service
Other responsibilities:
Substituting the Mailroom Operator
Requirements, skills:
Capable to multitasking
Good teamplayer
Good Customer Service Skills,
Ability to communicate effectively to help customers (strong communication and customer focus)
English on advance level
Patient, open personality
