Are you a recent graduate or someone looking to take your first steps into the world of HR and administration? ASC Global is looking for a motivated and organized Administration and HR Assistant to join our team in Budapest!

What You’ll Do:

As an Administration and HR Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in helping the HR team and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will:

  • Support recruitment by posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and helping with communication.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and ensure they have everything they need to settle in.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing office supplies, and maintaining records.
  • Help prepare HR documentation, including contracts and performance reviews.
  • Assist with organizing company events, training sessions, and employee-related activities.
  • Be a point of contact for any HR-related questions and provide support across various administrative tasks.

Who We’re Looking For:

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (you’re finished with school, but we’re open to recent graduates!).
  • Some administrative experience (bonus points if you’ve done anything related to HR, but not a must).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Fluency in both Hungarian and English, written and spoken.
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
