Join Us as a Customer Care Specialist! Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch support to our valued clients. Your primary focus will be resolving and escalating customer inquiries across multiple channels while collaborating closely with our development and operations teams to identify and address technical challenges. Barion is based in Budapest, but as we expand, we need your support across different regions. The primary language for this role is Hungarian, and fluency in Czech/Slovak is a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and efficient technical support to customers via phone, email, live chat, and our ticketing system.
    Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, following up on complex cases when necessary. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions as quickly as possible.
  • Manage administrative tasks, communicate, and coordinate with internal departments. Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively. Continuously update internal and external knowledge bases to keep information accurate. Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to provide high-quality support.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (2-3 years) as a Customer Care Specialist.
    Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of software systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian and English (Czech/Slovak fluency is a big advantage). Experience in the financial services sector and knowledge of KYC/AML policies is preferred. Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt to different personalities. Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
