While at this job I experienced such stress that I would break out in full body hives and had to take several medicines for anxiety and stress. If you get a job there become a favorite that way you don't have to worry about the inhuman treatment. You go from being treated like a dog to being treated like a house slave.
early hours in the morning sometimes starting at one am would be the hardest part but then you would meet the truck bring the parcels in and distribute them to the right routes then after completing the parcels then you would do the P.O box session putting the mail for the right customers in the box.
Meet lots of great people on the route and build relationships, great for networking. Management very crooked and goes against policy, union reps are also corrupt. Pay has been inaccurate more times than I can count, no digital system, pay is tracked on paper and they have taken hours off purposely and have tried to cover it up. Different people held to different standards. The harder you work the more you have to pick up others slack and you're lucky if the pay is correct
