I’m a CCA my office takes like 3 years to convert to regular which is way too long to be working 6 days a week for me. I do not like the inconsistency of not knowing where or what route I’m doing everyday. I actually do enjoy delivering and the independence. It’s nice being outside when the weather is nice but sucks when it’s not. It has the potential to be a good career if your office converts you quickly other wise you will be worked hard burned out.
This company does not appreciate and acknowledge hardworking people. Lazy ones are promoted to the top therefore management is what it is. They Lack management skills, base knowledge off of what they learn from each other, other than by contract. They lie, they take no responsibility and hire their own family over others. They falsify records to fit their scheme and cheat to get by. Disgusting!
The jobs started well but as years have gone by, the job hasn't gotten harder mentally and physically. The mail and packages just keep getting heavier and they are not hiring enough subs to cover the routes but the truthis, as soon as the subs get hired they just end up quiting soon after because the job is to hard
