You will work over 8 hours. You will be expected to do the jobs of 3 or more people in one day. You will be harassed to do more work while watching others not do anything. And you will be the only person in your area working for a couple hours. It is extremely stressful. And they do not care about your personal life. But they pay well, get your money and get out if you have other goals in life.
The U.S. Postal Service undervalues and underappreciates both its Carrier and its Clerk workforce. Yes, both are fairly compensated financially. But both are treated as "burdens" to management and not as the backbone of the service that they are.

The supervisors were really nice and helpful. Even part time employees were given appreciation often. Everyone got along. A lot of manual work and not for the faint of heart, but with good work ethic you'll have the time of your life
