Relaxed with goals clearly set and attainable. My time there overall was challenging, enjoyable, and sometimes stressful. For anyone who does not mind solid work, then it is a job that they should seriously consider.
money can be made there and there is room for advancement.
More attention should be given to employees concerning their personal lives.
I wouldn't recommend working here unless you are single and want no life. They are working people 16 hours a day 6 days a week. People are exhausted and out on the road driving There is no time for rest. And they send you out with equipment that doesn't work properly and expect you to do the job.
The employees in the PO that I was assigned to in my training for 2 day. I learned they were rude and lied. Did not take me long to see that. The pay is not all that when you are being tracked. You also have to write down if you go to the bathroom and then take 5 min off of your time. The best training for 2 weeks in Roanoke and I did learn some interesting things about the PO
