but, regardless, the training was misappropriated, the sub managers were pressured so much to reach certain goals, only freaks of nature could make it through the first 90 days. This is what they want. ok I understand. I was not fast enough for them. They cannot reassign workers. not to other offices, that is done a lot. but if a job is not right for you, you are asked to resign. They need to reassign, not fore you to leave.

bad training, bad management, no job referral within organization, huge bureaucracy, conflict between management and unions, bad work environment.
