A typical day as a Customer service supervisor consist of many things such as scheduling, moving the mail, counting the volume of mail, load leveling the mail according to color coding system, and then preparing for the next day of operation. My co-workers a great as long as you have a good repo with them and don't expect them to do something you can't do. The hardest part of the job is getting the mail to flow from the main plant so that you can manage your day to day operations consistently.. The most enjoyable part of the job is vacation time...
