Where to begin? I started a while back and I have so many complaints about the place that it's hard to even think of them all. First of all, hardly anything is explained to you. Supervisors basically tell you the bare minimum information necessary to (sort of) do your job, and when something changes that you aren't familiar with, there's often nobody around to fill you in on what you should be doing, so that means you have to ask other co-workers who then have to take time out of their tasks to guide you, which isn't productive at all. Management seems to never have answers that I am looking for and I get conflicting responses depending on who I am talking to. The entire place is a confusing mess so far but I plan on sticking it out to see if things start to make more sense and get easier.
management doesn't breathe down your neck, decent pay (but not great), great job security and benefits if regular employee
getting clear instructions, getting answers to compensation questions, scheduling, crazy expected work hours, boring and highly repetitive work, different info from different sources, lots of gossip, hot and humid work conditions, being on concrete floors all day
