Really hard from that aspect, that you need to take a tremendous amount of calls and you dont have time to log them as you dont have after call time. So you really need to develop an ability to multy task because everithing needs to be put into the system during troubleshooting or discussion with the customer.
On the other hand you need to support various kinds of technical issues as data migrations, installations, data convertings, settings. You need to have a good understanding about hardware as you need to arrange repairs. This is a good oppotinityto extend your expertise
