The training was a little rushed but there is a lot of micromanaging, they forget a lot of us work at home and things happen. The pay is not bad it’s 16 hr and 17 for bilingual.

The money is ok, getting a promotion is like pulling teeth, just be financially prepared for when a contract ends. If you are entry level they may place you elsewhere but if you're management you may not be as lucky

It was ok, the training environment could be improved by providing trainers that lead by example! A few of them definitely had a power trip and didn't respect the trainees.

That was about the only benefit, other than that there is low pay and really no useful benefits. If you need a job, they hiring process is super smooth and it is not complicated to get hired.

What they tell you in training about benefits etc is different from what they tell you in production. My manager never did one on ones as she was supposed to. And was always out sick for team meetings so you never really know your progress and how your doing.

What is the best part of working at the company? The bus dev tools TTEC invested in (i.e. ZoomInfo). What is the most stressful part about working at the company? I was hired on as an individual contributor for the digital sales group. The problem is that TTEC had aquired 2 companies that weren't merged and the "engage" side of the company still went after accounts. As a result, there were at least 2 or 3 sales teams going after business with no incentive to collaborate. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? N/A - There was very little collaboration. I attribute that to the group vp I reported to ... I believe I talked to him around 5 times over the course of my tenure. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Wondering what I should be selling.

Long after shift mandatory huddles every single day that’s unpaid. Requiring unreachable metrics for sales. Will train employees but with no additional pay just additional workloads. Power hour give aways are not worth as the agents efforts.

Learned so much working here that I have been able to build upon. Managers try to keep things fun and in sales roles friendly competition is encouraged. However, managers are under extreme pressure for teams to perform with often unrealistic goals and even moving targets. It’s pretty crushing to be on track to hit or exceed expectations only to have it moved further away.

You'll experience the word "2nd family" Ttec care's with they're people and If I will ne given a chance to work again at Ttec in an executive role, The only thing i could say is, Absolutely "SURE" why not! Ttec is my second family! That's all I can say!

I enjoyed working at Ttec. The management team was awesome towards me! The culture and diversity was great. I never had any issues working at ttec. What I gained working at ttec is to be yourself and treat others how you want to be treated!

Constantly majoring in minors and trying to track fractional hours for large projects. I was once asked to stop my busy day to track down an entire teams of 6 for reasons why they fell short of billing 8 hours the previous week. This required everyone to stop work to provide me written replies to explain themselves on a 6 month project.

The work environment, though presented as ideal for employees, is toxic. There's a culture of gossip and bullying if you seek assistance, turning your requests into opportunities for criticism rather than constructive feedback. Relationships between colleagues, team leaders, and higher management have led to inaccurate evaluations, favoring those in certain groups. Speaking up or complaining results in termination on vague grounds like being unproductive supported by controversial results. Reporting issues to HR yields no action, contrary to the company's ethical rules. The company doesn't protect those seeking to work and advance, as new positions are often predetermined for friends and family or other relationships. Scheduling is biased, with prime hours and overtime given to those in favored relations. Local and international HR neglect these issues, demanding results without providing necessary training for struggling employees. Some Team Leaders, when asked for support, use it against their team members. While client satisfaction is crucial, it is uncertain whether clients are fully aware of the toxic, unhealthy, and anti-labor environment, one that contradicts the ethical standards a multinational company should uphold. Frequent client assessments could ensure the application of fair and healthy workplace practices.
