Dont waste your life here

100% remote work as an option is great, flexible time schedules, ppl. are generally friendly, i dont know the management as there is almost no communication between the management and the tech. support agent, work is boring (can depend on the project), managers constantly changing, high fluctuation rate of the employees thus poor to ridiculous overall service for the client, base pay is low (you can call it decent if its your very first job), yearly raise is ridiculous (+7% in 2022, +8% 2023 inflation was way higher than salary raise), benefits are average, bonuses are not worth to mention. Work equipment is good, if you are lucky and get a nice team leader this could be a laidback place to work (depending on your language group and your project). There are far better companies even within the IT helpdesk business in terms of training and what you can learn.

Very hard job, despite all benefits

I am satisfied with my team, salary, home office opportunity, atmosphere. But the job self is very tough, and in the beginning, after trainings, multi-tasking seems to be extremely harsh. If you survive more than 3 month, you can handle most of the countless types of customers' cases, but the job will be still stressful, because people are often very disappointed with the service and try to show it. I think if you are mentally strong and are willing to practise a foreign language a lot, or just work with your native one, and if you are also diligent and friendly, you can handle it. Overall this job can deserve 4, because if your personality fits, you can be happy there!

Great place but money is not enough

It would be a good place to work, people are nice, job culture is good, work is easy and interesting, training is excellent. The only problem is money. And it is a real problem as people will soon lose their enthusiasm after seeing the money is not enough for living.

Great atmosphere

Transcom is very friendly with great atmosphere, there is very good relation between the colleagues whether business manager, team leader or back office everybody being treated the same, Using different CRM system with trainings for new or current employees.

A multicultural organization with a mix of amazing people.

Work was majorly on taking customers calls and proffering solutions to their problems. My customer relations skills had a boost as a result of my exciting and challenging work experiences. Customer satisfaction was the driving principle at Transcom. Cultural differences and approaches to problems by various customers were some of the biggest challenges. A lunchtime break that offered the opportunity for social interactions among the workers.

Very bad salary and poor benefits

Comparing to other companies in Budapest salaries are low, they have problem with employees as many people leave to other companies, which is also not in favor of those who are still working - they are overwhelmed with workload. Short breaks.

Good career

The company where actually I work is a nice place because the people are awsome and there is a friendly environment. I could learn a lot and I had possibilities to improve in my career. The hardesta part of the job is dealing with daily unexpected things, I have always to find out a new solution and a new idea. What I really like is the communication among the colleagues: is a multicultural place where everybody enjoys sharing information and skills. In my opinion, the communication skills are very important because working among people this has to be the first skill.

Correct and good workplace

Four star I have given to Transcom. The firm has a friendly atmosphere, challenging tasks. Our team is responsible for administering global applications like SAP BO, Altitude, eWFM. Because of this, we need to have a solid understanding of networking, database and Windows server fields.

Overall a positive experience

Overall a good company to work for they do take care about the people working there in a good way. Downside is the regional management which leaves a lot to be desired in long term view.

Flexible workplace

- I answered questions of customers and solved their problems - I learned to work efficient and fast - managament is professional and friendly - my co-workers are helpful and hardworking - the hardest part of the job to handling some very problematic customers - was really enjoyable to help others
