loved my time there, just a shame this covid has changed the industry so much, closed some sites and moved work about to stay competitive and of course cut costs and had to completely close the Birmingham tysley site

Top notch executive team. Good people to work with. Always something to work on that is interesting and involves problem solving. Company has been forced into working from home for office people. Management is now considering making this a permanent benefit.

J'ai tenu 10 mois dans cette boîte qui n'est plus allemande mais appartient à des fonds de placement américano-canadiens.Aucun investissement de la société. Je devais amener mon matériel de la maison...2 paires de gants anti coupures en 10 mois. Des journées de 10heures quotidiennes payées 7heures car les km que je faisais entre midi et 14heures n'ont jamais été payés.Des collègues qui ne m'ont pratiquement jamais aidé quand j'étais en peine et une hiérarchie de fainéants qui cumulent incompétence, je m'en foutisme et inertie. Et je ne parle pas de la comptabilité, du secrétariat qui ont des lacunes et des oublis. Société en perte de vitesse à proscrire.

I loved everything about this Job. Early start and if you worked hard enough you can get off early almost everyday. Had to move to Florida but if given the chance I would return to Thyssenkrupp.

Overall, ThyssenKrupp was a good place to work. Fellow employees collaborated well. However, the management and executive teams were in disarray. The company did not have a strong identity and direction. There was continual infighting among the leaders for stronger positions.
Nothing stands out at this place. You can get fired for just about anything. People on the outside that doesn't work for them can call and say something that will get you fired. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Pay was too low for the work. Employees moral was low. Management showed a lot of favoritism. The pass 360 program is a joke. Wouldn't recommend this place if you can avoid it.

The group company changed strategy several times a year so it wasn't easy to see the overall goal and to work for it. At the moment they are reducing stuff.

Die BU Camschafts war sehr dynamisch und aktiv. Kurze Entscheidungswege zumindest bis zur Konzerngenehmigung wenn erforderlich. Ein gutes Team und eine flache Organisationsstruktur innerhalb der BU. Aufgesetzter Koordinationsmoloch um Gruppenweite Aktivitäten zu kopordinieren.

Poor office management and upper management. Old school company. Too much gossiping around. Disrespectful environment for women's, people of color and immigrants. New owners they don't care about their employees. During COVID-19 instead of support their employees they terminate the majority of them and stress out the few that keep, load them with tone of extra work.
