The company is strictly sales focused, but in a very healthy environment. It gave me a steady job, with a reasonable salary. For three years in a row worked on the call center area, and as it became monotonous, switched to personal customer service. It was a bit more free, with different benefits.

I was work on the customer service. At first time in the call center (Budapest, Hungary), later in the personal customer service in Miskolc, Hungary, then Győr, Hungary.
Being a member of an operation team I had to solve various technical problem in a countrywide telecommunication network (replacing hardware elements, changing configurations, installing new pieces of equipment).
Always got every necessary information from management. Sharing information and communicating in a clear way were the most typical in our policy.
Improving customer experience was one of the most important target. The hardest part of the job was the lot of work at night (most of network changes were done at 22:00-04:00 to avoid customer irritation).
I really enjoyed the teamwork and the possibility to learn new technologies. Problem solving skill and the passion for learning will remain.
