A typical day would start by logging into all the systems necessary, checking the inbox, then going live to take calls.
I learned how to make the beggining and ending script,how to take control of a call, how to solve cardholders problems.
The management was good, kept us on track to fulfill the monthly targets.
The co-workers were friendly, multi-cultural, inteligent.
Hardest part of the job was dealing with angry customers, especially when it was not their fault, and accepting the fact that sometimes there is nothing i can do to help them.
The most enjoyable part of the job was helping people who needed my effort, and receiving the praises after a job well done.
