Was okay place to work, stressful at times. I worked at two plants and if lucky enough to get into smaller one like I did then it makes it more of a team atmosphere.

Fun workplace

Been working here since 2020 work isn’t hard just have to want to do it. Plenty room for overtime and managers seem to be pretty friendly. Overall great place to work

Great Experience

Great job to have at the distributor level. Team was amazing to work with. Work-life balance amazing. Management helps you succeed. Being the best in the industry helps when you sell the best products hands down.

Just a good job

You can stay here for your entire life if you want, theyll take good care of you as long as you do a good job. There is always a push to make things more efficient, which can be annoying.

They don't layoff permanent employees.

The work is very easy but sometimes management will ask for extra work without being compensated for it. It is a good company for steady work but it's a good chance that you will not advance any there.

Cool place to work with good people, but slow advancement

Worked here for a while and 1st thing to point out is that air conditioner is so nice to have. The only really complaint I have is that it takes a while to advance positions in the same building, it's better to move on to another building within the company but that takes at least two years after your new position.

Highly rigid company who is very profitable and can provide stability

The company has started to evolve but it is still very rigid and you can feel crushed by the layers of approval needed to make positive changes. The job is very stable and you could work their your whole life and retire comfortably

Great workplace and a fun atmosphere. Good supervisors that cared about what you thought and felt. Pro is earned every paycheck through hour. Good place to work.

Over worked and not appreciated. Management is a joke and show favoritism. DONT NOT APPLY FOR THIS COMPANY. There is no accountability, Integrity among other things

Horrible supervisors, very strict rules

Biggest issues are wearing your uniform correctly or where your badge is in your uniform. If your in machine operation, you will most likely have a supervisor with warehouse experience only, can’t help you at all.

Friendly comfortable environment

Management and employees are friendly. You work with a partner and if they do the task before you you are left waiting on them. If they are chatty or just don’t work the job can be very boring. The work is easy though

The job is good if you can push for more pay and work less mandtory hours with in your department.

Long work hours expected in some departments and pay in assembly is sub par, your better off getting an engineering degree and start working here. Engineers are valued and their no lay off policy is pretty secure.

It is over all a great place to retire from and a great place to work with many opportunities and benefits!

I would recommend this job if you want stability, good benefits, and great pay! The supervisor are very understanding to your home life. They treat you like you mean something and appreciate the hard work you do!

Good place to work minus the pay

Good company culture with great benefits.Management is hit or miss but for the most part they'll take an active roll in helping you advance if you can and are willing.Nearly impossible to get fired, no layoffs even during the pandemic.Not great pay starting off and promotions are slow but career advancement is common here.Workload depends alot on what building you end up in; some are easy money and some are working 12 hours a day for weeks on end.

Good company overall but lacks innovation and too much dependency on the attitudes of local ownership

Very lacking in local continuous improvement measures despite allegedly hiring individuals for that reason. Good career development prospects but not enough for the best talent to stay onboard. Management lacks empathy

Free drink and bagels. Nice people Horrible management Will get a new Supervisor every year.

They work is easy but the mandatory overtime is ridiculous. You will have no type of work life balance. May find a decent group of friends but I wouldn’t recommend this job.

Not great, not terrible. I'm underpaid for what I do but its non-union and I get annual raises so it balances out I suppose. It's not the job it used to be 10 yrs ago
