Sixt is a joke I worked there for a year, my supervisor try to set me up to get terminated while going after a promotion to a higher role, HR subsequently terminated her.Low pay, no real room for growth, and drama if the management team doesn’t like you!

No brillaban por su trabajo en equipo. Era una lucha constante por ser el mejor pisando siempre al compañero de trabajo. No respetan tiempos de descansos en el turno, ni tiempos de desconexión de redes, recibiendo emails en fuera de horas de trabajo

Unfähiger Laden mit unfähiger Geschäftsführung die leider nicht richtig mit ihren Mitarbeitern umgeht und nur am stressen ist ich würd euch empfehlen dort nicht anzufangen Europcar ist besser als dieser laden hier und günstiger Sixt ist Scam die drehen Leute Schäden an die schon vorher da waren einfach enttäuschen von dem "Marktführer" die "Fahrer" (Aufbereiter) werden dauerhaft gestresst das es schnell gehen muss da keine vorbereitungen vernünftig getroffen werden.

Quedé totalmente decepcionado de esta empresa, pésimo ambiente laboral, mucha estrés, horarios pesados, sin pago de tiempo extra, metas poco claras y exageradas para no pagar incentivos. Te reportan con menos salario del que te ofrecen en el IMSS. Si no tienes más opciones de trabajo pues te diría que solo lo tomes como trabajo temporal xq no hay posibilidad de desarrollo profesional.

Bei sixt bekommt man alles versprochen von Festanstellung bis hin zu Gehaltserhöhung und Beförderungen aber machen tun die nichts die haben keine Wertschätzung an ihre Mitarbeiter. Die sehen viel zu viel selbstverständlich die Mitarbeiter sind eigentlich ganz nett bis auf paar wenige die negativ rausstechen müssen.
