Good place to work and good pay. Been working there for almost a year and i’m already at the top pay. Time goes by fast since your constantly on the move unloading and loading trailers.

Great Pay

The Pay is pretty good. The Hours are not bad. Overall a good solid company to work for. Would recommend top choice for a dock worker position........

Fun place

Great place to work, long hours but great pay. The benefits were great and the managers car about their employees. Would reccomend to those looking to work here

They overload the drivers

This location overloads the drivers with too many stops. Most of us couldn't even take lunches, we lied. They have cameras in the trucks and the company is hypocritical when it comes to safety!

great company

great company to work for... good pay.. understanding they provide great insurance for the people who work for them . HR could use improvement , normal day would be repairs on the diesel engines or the aftertreatment system on the various trucks like volvo frightliner or international trucks

Fun environment at times

Can be unprofessional but pay is great management is the main issue but if they improve that it will be so much better and it's 12 hour work days Monday-Friday

The place is a circus

Your typical you don’t know until the next day that was different but I got use to it. I learned a lot though trail and error. Management needs retraining and HR too they need to know safety is first. They hardest part was not knowing if you was going go home how you came because of forced dispatch and you say you can’t or you won’t do it because it’s not safe you’re fired. The most enjoyable put greeting the customer and building a work relationship with them I loved that.

Pretty simple

So far this is my second week with the company and I gotta say this is the easiest dock I probably ever worked on it’s very simple and when I have a issue they are people willing to help you. The only thing I don’t like is that there is no benefits for part timers but the pay is good and I get out at a certain time

What is the best part of working at the company?Not much. Fellow drivers are great workers. Dispatcher and terminal manager are unprofessional. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Complete a task and they want more then next time you head out. Lots of yelling to hurry up

Great pay, but

The pay was great, but your work life schedule is 80% work 20% life. You’ll work 11 hour days and some sunday’s. Don’t work here if you have a life outside of work.

Out of all the jobs I’ve had, here is far better than most. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Some days you have to go above and beyond more than what you may feel is more than in your daily job responsibilities to get the job done. But what job really don’t have you do that? Just dig in, get it done. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Laid back and friendly. Diverse culture and everyone is willing to help each other out. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Like any job. Get the work load done and carry on.

I loved my experience until cameras poorly interpretation of my activities.

What is the best part of working at the company?Me . Always on time . Understand the task at hand 20 years experience, No moving violations. No miss moves.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Camera facing driver. Safety team small minded , 0 experience understand driver concerns. Cameras aren't 360 degrees viewing. No food consumption while driving 11 hour day. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Hire what ever walks in the door . Untill company stock is in trouble let go bottom feeders despite work history. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Drop hook drive all day drop hook as needed.

Good job

Good pay and laid back. I think that it's a good place to work and make money. Management isn't too bad. Only 5 days a week and you work from 8 to 10 hours depending on the time of the year

The year 1723 mentality

Employee are afraid to speak up for themselves and management look at you as the other name for indentured servants. Its only good for quick money for a few months. Its no place to make a career at.

Managers only look out for themselves and care nothing about their supervisors or the work they do. Overall absolutely terrible work environment.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Nothing exciting just unload one trailer and put it on another trailer.

Good pay and management seems to know what they are doing most days, other days we are holding on to the seat of our pants and seeing where the wind takes us.

Unprofessional

Wasted of a time. I got a job offered from them did everything and was just waiting on road test and all of a sudden they change there mind and pursued another candidate. Wasted 2 weeks of doing paperwork for them. Very unprofessional company.

Struggle season

It’s cool. Only thing is around this time when it gets cold hours get cut down a lot. I call it the struggle season around the holidays. The warm an hot season be the best.

New shop and easy to work for

Management is great. Willing to work with your shift times for appointments, family, etc. Great place to be if you’re hoping to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

Good but low pay

Work is okay, not demanding. Managers try to listen and accommodate your needs. Total compensation including 401k, medical insurance, base salary, and paid leave is mediocre at best.
