• Led a team and provided Level-3 support for LMS module and educated the team.
• Extensive knowledge on LMS connectors, reports and extensions.
• Worked on integration part between BizX,LMS and JAM.
• Configured environments which include building source files using mercurial and Jenkins and puppet classes and modules.
• Monitoring Data Centers and investigate and provide RCA.
• Alert Handling, troubleshooting and provided solutions to complex issues for LMS.
• 24/7 on call support for learning management and BizX applications.
• Preparation of Root Cause Analysis Reports.
• Automated the build release processes in Jenkins and debug build failures.
• Involved in creating puppet classes and modules.
