Excellent place to learn to be a leader and understand the importance of financials to drive decision making. can some time be intimidating for new people who are not use to an often painfully frank environment. The company is as eager to hire and advance as it is to fire and demote. Ultimately very transparent about the importance of results driving career, but often tone deaf to the randomness of those results.
