Our Corporate Office is located in Springfield, MO. The dedicated team members who work at the Corporate Office are committed to offering support to all of our stores and distribution centers. Each store is staffed with “Professional Parts People” who have made the commitment to deliver the best possible customer service. Whether pleasing the customer means stepping out from behind the counter and looking under the hood of a car, or spending time on the phone to track down a hard-to-find part, at O’Reilly, we believe in doing whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. Every day our warehouse team members use computer-generated picking tickets to pull specific parts according to each store’s needs; then the parts are packed and loaded onto our trucks. Five days a week, our delivery team members drive overnight from the warehouses to distribute these shipments to all of our stores. O’Reilly has a combined total of more than 77,000 team members at more than 5,000 stores in 47 states. This dedicated group of parts professionals, along with 27 distribution centers and more than 18,455 delivery vehicles, ensure that a wide variety of products are in stock and readily available to both retail and wholesale customers at everyday low prices. Application Development - This area is devoted to development of new software solutions and enhancements to existing processes. This includes many areas of responsibility, such as web development for our online store, public website and intranet, data reporting capabilities, system and network administration, as well as system analysis and design. Quality Assurance - This group is focused on helping the software development teams deliver high quality applications that are not only consistent in behavior, but also intuitive in their design. Help Support - Provides support to numerous areas of the company including, but not limited to, hardware, software, operational, LAN, and WAN. We provide all of our stores, DCs, and Corporate Office team members with 24/7 coverage. PC Support - PC Support is responsible for all aspects of desktop life cycle including procurement, installation, testing and deployment of systems and software. The PC Support department is the primary IT service management support team for the Corporate Office and our remote teams that are located at distribution centers and in the field. Our goal is to keep operational teams working as efficiently as possible and provide the best customer service in the organization. IT Internship - O’Reilly has an extensive cutting edge Internship / Co-op program in which we work with local universities to foster a rich environment for developing technical skills. This helps students not only gain real world experience, but also prepares them for future positions in the field of technology.

We provide the type of service others talk about with measured metrics and on-time delivery service. Our distribution team is a part of the greater O’Reilly network. We are proud to support our store customers each day and we are looking for a few good team members each week, as we continue to expand our business model.
O’Reilly Route Drivers play an integral part in helping the company provide this unmatched service to our customers. We operate a fleet of more than 1,400 tractors and trailers out of more than 27 distribution centers. Our DOT fleet will operate more than 46.8 million miles each year. Our goal is to provide a high level of service to our store customers by consistently getting the right parts to the right places at the right time, in the safest possible manner. Put your career into “high gear” with one of the nation’s top automotive companies, offering competitive pay, incentive programs and excellent benefits. Our work week consists of 4 to 5 nights (no weekends). Our drivers are home daily. Electric pallet jacks are on every trailer and we operate a well-maintained, dependable, late model fleet. 6 months tractor/trailer driving experience is required. Class “A” CDL with HazMat endorsement also required.
