Work culture

Work culture is chilled out but the pay structure is less. Also, the opportunity for onsite posting is also available. Need to upgrade the tech on which it works.

No proper appraisal process. Hike letter will very one and half year. There no proper system in place. Management will not response your queries properly.

Overall great experience to work in this company. We used to work in Afternoon shift as work demanded the timings. Work life balance is good and have fixed weekend off

Working at NTT Data was an amazing experience for me. I had the opportunity to work on some truly exciting projects and learn from some truly wonderful managers. I was given numerous opportunities to take on challenging projects and stretch my abilities. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to work at NTT Data.

The work atmosphere and the growth all depend upon the individual. My personal opinion may vary about what you will experience.So according to me the work environment is awesome.

Horrible place to work

Horrible experience from start to finish. Poor salary, poor management, u are also gonna poor because poor money. Poor sleeping schedule because poor work life balance.

The company is good.

Good company to work for. Good projects, cab facility is there. For Grade 5/6 two hikes in a year. 30 days leaves and medical insurance. WFH facility is there depending on the project

Good work-life balance, benefits, management, but my particular account is not the place to be.

No problem with benefits, work/life balance, and management. But, stuck on an account that is going nowhere. If you apply do your homework on the specific account/group/organization within the company.

Never work there as c2h position as it's a white lie .they never keep any c2h employee more than 5 months . Management is worst. Inferior technology. Cost cutting at every place. No scope for much growth. Mostly project in java ( very old frameworks used , angular 2

No stress but average to below average overall

Hired as an entry level developer but from the start was never told what exactly I would be doing. NTT will hire people before knowing for sure if the client requires that many workers and once they officially know how many workers they need, they will lay off workers if necessary. The job itself is low stress and I was never officially told my work schedule or if I must work in the office so management is very laxed with that and there is zero micromanagement. In fact, I've never officially met my manager and had a conversation with him including performance reviews which is never done. Pay is very low compared to the industry, I have received a yearly bonus but no raise. Benefits are there but probably disappointing for most. The cheapest medical plan is a $6000 deductible and $50 monthly premium. 401k match is 3% but they temporarily stopped that due to COVID. Everyone i work with though is very nice but there is not a sense of community. When I would go into the office, it's very quiet and you really don't get to know anyone. This may be different depending the client or people though.

Not much exposure to the technologies. Management does not engage with you on priority basis. Looks for a way not to increase your salary and might point a non essential things for justifying the cause

I am working as a contractor in this company. The nice environment and management also nice but my contract will be over soon. Right now I am looking for new opportunities.
