It's ok

It's an ok place to work as long as you don't mind contract work. A lot of work from home options. Layoffs do happen every year. It's luck of the draw during that time.

Too much office politics and rasicm

Very very poor management with zero management skill. Managers are totally work on bais and favourism is on high peek.Managers don't know what client need. Just hire professionals and put in a meat grinder.Very unprofessional and rude with team members.Never suggest to join NTT

was good in the day, now all offshored

met some good people. things were going well for awhile until client decided to cut costs and offshore the labour. Laid off. Good entry level job and good benefits.

God place to work but no work life balance

I am part of Ntt data bs from last 1 year.They have very good projects in hand.The selery you get all are fixed here .But problem comes down to work life balance alos mangement does not seems to be cooperative.

All depends on the project/client you will work for.Good support from team leaders good work culture and great learning. Low packages not much benefits.

Comfortable place to work with.

Comfortable place to work with. Manager was so supportive and encouraging. Business users were more cooperative and helpful. Nice environment to work with.

Company focus is all about profits

Do not expect salary increases. Jobs are continuously being shipped off shore to India to increase profits. Very little chance of promotions. May be okay for first job in industry. Recommend changing jobs/companies within a 5 years span.

Good Place to Learn but pay is less

Team is small so if you want to learn new topics then you can pick and learn them. But its up to if you want to take the risk of beginner and should be ready to face the client. But Salary is much lesser when compared to market standards.

Teachers Classroom

Worked in Pune location, pathetic upper management. Its a bunch of thugs fooling others. All from one of the neighbouring company. They literally created monopoly. The only way to survive there is to please those nonsense architects. They all keep on doing POCs & begging for projects, keep on conducting trainings.

Good place to start your career

Good place to start your career, but not necessarilly to end it. Many things they do wrong but poeple are friendly so its really not a bad place to work.

"You're just a number; a revenue source; they screw the employees"

You are just a number to them. You make money for them by working for their end client. The end client is all that matters to them. As soon as your assignment is complete with the end client, you are terminated and so are your healthcare benefits that day. They worry more about you turning in equipment than helping you be redeployed. Your value to them is only as a revenue generating entity. In 6 months I was NEVER contacted by my manager at NTT Data to see how the assignment was going.

Employees were work horses

The employees were not seen as valuable resources, but work horses to be worked harder. I felt that they truly believed I was lucky to work for them, When the opposite was true. They made a ton of money off of my efforts, and did not share the wealth. I was hired on by the client for a hefty raise doing exactly what I did before.

OK place for individual contributors

There is no career advancement. Mid-level managers and Directors are a cost to the company. Zero innovation/exciting work. But will pay on-time. OK place for a consultant.

NTT is a good company. Unfortunately, GRM team is not the best to find current employees new opportunites if/when the contract expires.

NTT work culture is well. There is always room for improvement;however, I am rather pleased with the company. They have great benefits and awesome flexibility with work / life balance.

Productive and fun workplace

Work culture is very good, in maintaining and discipline. The environment is good, and we have work from home facility. Very friendly culture in work and provides accurate production.

Great support from management!

I was employed working as a sub-contractor with Honeywell Corporation. I worked that account for over 15 years. I was treated as an integral part in IT and handled the high visibility tough issues. My efforts in this manner allowed me to become a Senior consultant with IT for the Executives of Honeywell. There I worked as an equal with a small group of technicians globally. This was a high pressure 24/7 position that was quite demanding but also very rewarding.

Uncertain guidance, limited opportunity to excel. Limited team cohesiveness. Unrealistic meal allowance for travel. Positive: potential for long-term assignment.
