The worst job I ever had. The managers don’t take supervisor calls, they ignore you when you reach out on teams. After a year of working there I got NO RAISE. The pay is not good enough for what we go through. There is no opportunity for GROWTH. They hate when you step away to use the bathroom more than once a day. Overall, the expectations are ridiculous and you will HATE you life. This job mentally drained me.

At NTT Data, my tenure proved disheartening. Six months into the role, the company's abysmal training and mismanagement revealed their true colors. It stung to discover that newly hired individuals were compensated better than I was upon starting. It seemed like dedication and hard work went unnoticed, leaving me undervalued and demotivated.The training was lackluster, barely scratching the surface of what was needed for the job. It felt like being thrown into a labyrinth without a guide. Meanwhile, management remained unresponsive to concerns and seemed more focused on favoritism than fostering a fair work environment. This disparity in treatment left a bitter taste, and it was clear that my dedication was not reciprocated. Ultimately, this experience emphasized the importance of fair treatment and equitable compensation within a workplace, motivating me to seek better opportunities.

It started as a decent contact center, but the atmosphere is shifting to a call center job. Much higher turn over. Bad management decisions are effecting service and then they blame the service issues on the people who haven't quit yet

Customer service associates struggle to get out of work in time for appointments if they get stuck on a call. I missed many appointments even though I requested off an hour before I had to leave for my doctors appointment. They will change your hours with little to no warning. Some managers are great, others think they know everything and are basically useless. During my time here they raised the rate for new employees for my position but weren't going to increase the pay for those already there. There is no consideration for prior experience, everyone in the call center starts out with the same pay. Overall, the only Pro I can give this job is that it was a work from home position.

This is a good place to work if you like sitting at a computer desk for 9 hours straight while people yell at you about something you have no control over. Management is a big joke. HR is basically non existent, they don't even have a phone number for you to call them. You have to submit an email and hope they respond.

Making sure that it is correct to avoid discrepancy and mis quoted information and to also avoid disputes and to avoid patients/providers to be irate at some point. We practice team work and we work as one to achieve good and quality service to our customers. We value every customers feedbacks, concerned and suggestions.
