Al menos en la unidad Centros, la paga es mala y no es definida por el desempeño. No recomiendo quedarse mucho tiempo. En otras unidades de negocio puede ser mejor, pero no hay escalamiento horizontal.

Typical Day - I manage a team of Field Service TechniciansI have learned and experienced the difficulties in Hiring, Firing, and managing HR Issues.Management is mostly O.K.We sat at a customer site, so we had their culture.Hardest part was trying to get the customer to adhere to the contract.Most enjoyable part was meeting and working with the customer, as well as getting to know and managing my direct reports.

It's a different type of company to work for, I would guess it's the Japanese Culture, When your current assignment ends, you can go "on the Bench", during which time you still get paid, and they have a team that will try to find you a new role.

Former Everis (acquired by the NTT Japanese giant) is a great place to work at. Huge professional growth opportunities.The a management Consulting practice still has a lot of room to grow and become a more prominent department inside the company (due to it being a tech company in nature)

Good place to work. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow your skill.Independence to perform tasks. Good hike and bonus.Great culture overall. No negatives.

No genera retribución. Hablan de plan carrera, pero se queda solo en la inducción.

Es un ambiente estresante. Lindas oficinas, pero jefes que se creen dueños de la empresa. No hay buena paga, el salario es bajo y no cuenta con beneficios reales.

Work culture is chilled out but the pay structure is less. Also, the opportunity for onsite posting is also available. Need to upgrade the tech on which it works.

Worse company to work for,pay sucks, only managers and supervisors can leave in case of an emergency no matter the emergency., raises will be offered and not actually applied., moved from team to team every six months
