Great Team

While I work at NTT DATA, I worked with a great team. My team worked as a well oiled machine. If given the opportunity I would go back to this company. They truly support a work life balance. The only thing that I feel they could do better in, would be to offer better training for the employees. Other than that it was a great company to work for.

with the pressure to reduce cost and move positions off-shore, NTT is no longer about people, but about numbers. a lot of leadership levels, division presidents, vice presidents, turns a very complex company to navigate and get things done.

It's a job

It started as a decent contact center, but the atmosphere is shifting to a call center job. Much higher turn over. Bad management decisions are effecting service and then they blame the service issues on the people who haven't quit yet

Buena empresa, aprendes cosas rápido, tienen buenas prestaciones y buenos sueldos. Lo malo es que hay guardias en fines de semana, no hay balance entre vida personal y laboral.

What is the best part of working at the company?Remote work, they provide you all equipment you need to do your job. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Expectations are outrageous for receiving Incomplete processes and awful training.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?A toxic work culture! environment dominated by practices, policies and management styles that perpetuate unhealthy habits and conflicts among team members. It was harmful to employees, preventing them from being productive and growing professionally. Also extremely over worked OT every week for 3 years. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Incorrect or incomplete processes making it very difficult to preform your job as expected.

The usual jobs are mostly updating of the computer utilities that are needed to check daily. Most of the time we were looking for the internet connection to ensure that the computers are really connected to the network.

Muy buena experiencia de trabajo para hacer prácticas. Muy buen ambiente de trabajo, puedes decidir si quieres ir o no a la oficina. Tienes muchos compañeros para que te puedan echar un cable si tienes alguna duda

Azienda di consulenza molto valida, stimolante e ben strutturata. Ascolta il dipendente per qualsiasi richiesta. La parte più complicata è riuscire a gestire le scadenze date dal cliente.

Work you like a dog

They assign you to a desk for one of their clients. Some help desks have hundreds of calls per day because they are global. Documentation is pretty good. The pay was around $15 per hour on the west coast. They will manager you like no other. Not worth it but it's all remote which is great. They will work you like a dog. You are very replaceable.

If your looking for a job with monotonous work and low pay, here you go. All you are is a number. The management is deceptive and will only look out for themselves. The benefits are good and co-workers are friendly.

This is wonderful company to work with.However this depends on your project.Learning is there but rotational shifts and no automation use is an issue.

Se aprende bastante pero el sueldo es muy bajo t el crecimiento es muy muy lento, para un primer trabajo esta bien pero permanecer en la empresa y esperar crecer es una mala decisión

Ambiente relax, mal salario

Al menos en la unidad Centros, la paga es mala y no es definida por el desempeño. No recomiendo quedarse mucho tiempo. En otras unidades de negocio puede ser mejor, pero no hay escalamiento horizontal.

Overall, a decent place to work. Good people. Projects vary. Limited interaction with own team. Strictly WFH. The future is uncertain based on the client.
