Lacking culture and overworked

Overworked with ok opportunity for advancement, but not well compensated for it. They want to see people performing the role of a promotion before giving it - and even at that the US is capped at a 5% raise for promotion. You must be in your role for 3 years before you’re eligible for promotion without executive approval.

No help from anyone, if they don't like you for any reason they try the best to kick you out giving you lame reasons and they will never tell you what is it that your doing wrong.

Horrible Job

The worst job I ever had. The managers don’t take supervisor calls, they ignore you when you reach out on teams. After a year of working there I got NO RAISE. The pay is not good enough for what we go through. There is no opportunity for GROWTH. They hate when you step away to use the bathroom more than once a day. Overall, the expectations are ridiculous and you will HATE you life. This job mentally drained me.

Buen ambiente de trabajo, desarrollos interesantes y compañeros que te ayudan en todo lo que pueden, todo es según en el proyecto que caigas . Lo mejor es que es 100% teletrabajo aunque puedes ir a la oficina cuando quieras. Lo malo el sueldo que está muy por debajo de la media

En general depende del proyecto que tan bien te va en el ambiente laboral, hay clientes con muy buen ambiente otros no muchos, y aún dentro del mismo cliente el proyecto tambien puede variar.Aumentos casi inexistentes

多様なキャリアを持つ人材と環境も揃っており、やる気と行動力があれば様々な働き方が許される環境だと思います。ただ、最近は福利厚生がカットされている傾向にあり（特に住宅補助費は45歳まで→35歳まで二変更に）苦しい状態が続いています。おそらくこれからじわじわと手厚かった福利厚生が削減されていくことになると思うので、それはかなりのマイナス点かと思います

Just OK. Not a good place for growth

As a contractor, I was approved by the NTT DATA client. NTT DATA hired me to meet their client's needs. Once the client deemed I did not meet their needs; I was severed. NTT DATA did nothing to address any issue. I did not experience anyone who was bad, but they only did what was on the paper and did not consider what was in front of them. I feel badly that is the life they have chosen for themselves.

At NTT Data, my tenure proved disheartening. Six months into the role, the company's abysmal training and mismanagement revealed their true colors. It stung to discover that newly hired individuals were compensated better than I was upon starting. It seemed like dedication and hard work went unnoticed, leaving me undervalued and demotivated.The training was lackluster, barely scratching the surface of what was needed for the job. It felt like being thrown into a labyrinth without a guide. Meanwhile, management remained unresponsive to concerns and seemed more focused on favoritism than fostering a fair work environment. This disparity in treatment left a bitter taste, and it was clear that my dedication was not reciprocated. Ultimately, this experience emphasized the importance of fair treatment and equitable compensation within a workplace, motivating me to seek better opportunities.

Talented individuals, seeking better opportunities and improved working conditions, are constantly leaving, which results in a revolving door of new hires.Overall, my experience at NTT DATA has been overwhelmingly negative due to the combination of low pay, a complete absence of work-life balance, and limited prospects for career advancement. It is a company that fails to prioritize the well-being and professional development of its employees, resulting in a disheartening and unsustainable work environment.
