If you have no life or children this is the place for you. They will work you to the bone and 72 hour+ work weeks is normal. The other employees are pretty rude and supervisors do not care for you at all. Times are very confusing as they say in the interview “come in 4 hours early or late” you can’t ever get a straight answer either. Pay is great as overtime is always required.

Overall you can advance quickly

You can advance quickly in this environment with support from supervisors. However, there is a lot of competition for advanced opportunities. Focus on your own strengths and work area but also be a team player.

Toxic enviroment

They will not train you. They leave you by yourself. The older women are mean. They talk about how it used to be a good place to work. New employees are leaving within a day or two. this says a lot about a company.

Not a long term job

The job isn’t bad. The people make it bad. No outside life. You only get sundays off. Team leads definitely have favorites. The money is good but if you hav skids ur takes up all your time. Hours (4:30a-3pm) (3p-1a)They have oil side and air side

Horrible

Severe nepotism in the workplace, if management doesn’t like you they will make your life harder to please the people that they do like, 6 days non stop up until November and December and then back to 6 days again.

Don’t work here

You literally have no life and they will fire you for nothing at all management is trash . They don’t care about the employees or their health ! If you tell them anything it’s swept under the rug only good thing about this place is the benefits I wasted 5 years of my life here ! You’ll literally work none stop even if you don’t have anything to run they’ll make you run a different shift orders or you’ll have to clean up for hours instead of sending you home they waste company money! Place is hectic and full of stuck up managers! HR doesn’t listen to anyone ! Supervisors are horrible there only a few good ones but half of them have favorites… would not recommend

Easy work long hours

Its for some one who love overtime and really have the flexibility . We worked ten hour shifts plus only one day off sometimes none. They dont like giving you raises once youre there a certain period of time.

100/10 do not recommend!

Mann + Hummel sells you a dream coming through the door. This company is worthless. They do not care about their employees. The job itself is not hard, if the lines are run correctly. Which rarely happens. Management is awful. Favoritism being shown is ridiculous. They have temps coming through the door making $1.00 less than company employees. They bring new company employees in with no experience making the same pay as people who have 2+ years of experience. Nickel and dime raises. You will work 6-7 days a week, EVERY WEEK. Mandatory overtime. Ridiculous point system. PTO includes sick days, vacation, and personal days. If you don’t mind working your life away, like drama, and little pay… this is the place for you! -A current employee looking for other employment!

Negative and disrespectful management

Management at Mann and Hummel does not care about the well being of their workers. If you are injured and cannot keep repetitively doing the same task, they will keep you doing the same task when they could easily swap you out with someone else. Little to no effort in communication between management and employees on the managements part. Give little to no proper training in machine operating for new workers, they expect you to pick it up as you go. Was there for 3 months and still didn’t know simple things that i should have known.

Regret

I regret working there. I experienced a lot of issues with management and proper care for their workers. I wanted to work there because some friends worked there at the time but it is not a place I would ever recommend to anyone I didn't hate.

Mann+Hummel does not pay what you deserve and does not care about your life they make you work every day, they don’t give you vacation days even if you put it in they do not respect workers

Too much drama, not worth the pay

Too many people act like it's highschool in here, some mind their business but some really ride the gossip train. The cell techs barely do any work, and seem to get away with pretty much anything.

The supervisors dont care about the employees...that's how we lost an employee in 2017,the company only care about the company not the employee,would I suggest someone to work the NO

Lots of old, immature, and miserable women

The pay is absolutely not worth the immaturity and pettiness demonstrated by employees and management. It is clear that majority of people who work here are miserable at home and it is brought to work on a daily. Everyone tries to one up each other about the smallest and most unremarkable things. It's a joke. The pay sucks. Management sucks. There is no room for advancement unless you allow higher ups to disrespect you constantly. You are worth much more than this place. Trust me!

Terrible working environment, a lot of favoritism between coworkers and management. No time really for family, pay sucks for the amount of work you gotta do.

I am a temp u clearly get treated differently for that I have a condition and had problems but I talk to the supervisor and it was resolved good supervisor the people are hard to work with they aren’t welcoming to new people

most employers are nice

make sure you use your vacation days cause if not you lose them. if you work hard they will give you more work. lots of 12 hour shifts for the same people.
