The disrespect with no life balance very high, top management backing and forward, no orientation or guidance. if you fail you will get punished and will/or have workplace Harassment if you success you just did your job. Working double title is normal. overtime payment forget it.

The new management team, including General Manger, HR, Zone Managers, and Safety are working to change the culture within the facility. They have high hopes that things will change for the better and pretty quickly. They have also increased their starting rate from $14.50 to $17.50 an hour. Already taking a step in the right direction!

My job had that I was responsible for had too much responsibility for one person. To do in the time frame allowed for. Other shifts didn't do their counts right, so it made your count and job harder. Parts scattered all over the plant that you are responsible for tracking down and having ready for your line. Warehouse wouldn't issue out parts or send parts so you would have to go to warehouse to find parts as well as keep your line running when you on the other side of the plant

it's a job. so many hours and people to answer to. it is sad how poor the pay is here in the plant because it is shown that the people in the office get treated better. they get more pay with less work. they get air conditioner with less work. benefits that we don't have in the plant. talk about unfair. we also get no time off when office personnel get to work from home. its horrible.

Overtime hours are mandatory. Expect only 4 separate days off per month if you are lucky. If you are on maintenance expect 7 days a week. No days off!The company literally runs machines to the ground with little to know preventive maintenance and then production management complains when they have to come out of their AC office to take pictures of the downtime. (not to direct production employees, they don't know how to do that.) Just to take pictures of dilapidatedLogistics is a mess not have material to complete orders every other order. When downtime occurs. It frequently does. They will make you standby for 4 hours VS sending anyone home early to give maintenance the proper time they need to rebuild or fix

You literally have no life and they will fire you for nothing at all management is trash . They don’t care about the employees or their health ! If you tell them anything it’s swept under the rug only good thing about this place is the benefits I wasted 5 years of my life here ! You’ll literally work none stop even if you don’t have anything to run they’ll make you run a different shift orders or you’ll have to clean up for hours instead of sending you home they waste company money! Place is hectic and full of stuck up managers! HR doesn’t listen to anyone ! Supervisors are horrible there only a few good ones but half of them have favorites… would not recommend
