Upper level management is pushed to hit metrics that are major stretches, and get beat up when they miss. Lots of turnover at all levels. When I left they were struggling to retain talent, working lots of OT, and missing customer deliveries.

It is very overwhelming all the time back stabbing lying two faced trust no one. Stay quiet and be to yourself. A very hostile work environment. The point system is brutal. Even in emergency situations you get a point. Example is it you are hurt on the job and need medical attention a 1/2 point. It is set up on a 10 point system. If your late 1/2 point. Leave before shift ends 1/2 point no matter what the issue is. Miss the day 1 point. If you get 10 points you are terminated. It takes a full year to remove one single point with no other days missed. Management doesn't know what is going on from one moment to the next. They are always looking for a fall guy to lay blame on for them not reaching their productivity goals. Last but not least hardly ever having enough product to finish job orders. So you will bounce from place to place or line to line maybe 3 to 4 times a day. Mind you each line will need some type of repairs before starting up. Very stressful and promises are not kept. I could go on and on. Stay away avoid the place like the plague. Maintenance, and Electrical Technician nightmare. Most everything is worn-out and needs repair and replacement. Parts cannot be ordered because they are no longer available.

Had medical issue felt like ami was forced to quit. I was in car wreck and caused back pain to get worse was not alllowed to take time to recover. Did not file on person who hit me because at time of wreck my back did my not tighten up.

If you have no life or children this is the place for you. They will work you to the bone and 72 hour+ work weeks is normal. The other employees are pretty rude and supervisors do not care for you at all. Times are very confusing as they say in the interview “come in 4 hours early or late” you can’t ever get a straight answer either. Pay is great as overtime is always required.

Mal manejo por parte de los supervisores, máquinas dañadas que expulsan gases tóxicos y nunca las arreglan no les importa la salud del trabajador solo el trabajo, supervisores que solo saben mandar pero no tienen calidad humana, instalaciones viejas personalmente un lugar así oscuro y viejo me da depresión.

There is so much room for improvement such as communication for 1 and some of the supervisors really need to learn that. Just because you have a supervisory title doesnt give you the right to make a person feel less than human thats for sure.
