Political and micromanaging nightmare

Pay is unequal across teams. Politics and who you know dictates your success over anything. Lots of white men in leadership roles. Micromanaging is absurd and difficult to get anything done, constantly creating unnecessary work and circumventing procedures. Work is flexible, but you'll be given so much work you'll end up working constantly on trivial "busy work".

From work life balance it is ok, even if there are period of huge workload. From the promotion or rewarding point of view, quite difficult to be promoted even if you are doing your job very well.

Productive and fun work place if you are likable by supervisors and managers. Not much of job advancement

Go in find out from supervisor where you are needed for the shift. If you are a likable person you will not have many problems with superiors and managers. Breaks started out good but as time went by got shorter! This was the hardest part of the job adjusting to breaks and different people breaking you out giving different times for different positions. For the most part the benefits were great and best part of the job.

management dont care about their employees, get laid off a lot, pay is very Low, people quitting all the time, No UNiON so the pay is very very LOW ..

A good place to work starting out. They treat you fair and have really good leadership. The only downside to working there is the schedule it’s a 2-2-3 and hard to get use to

Great career

The management needs some replacing and restructuring but everything just works. This is place you wanna make it to be a career. Plenty of ways to make a ton of money and the opportunities are there waiting for you to take them. The team leaders are very weak and clique. Hardest part is the swing shift and 12 hour weekends. But nothing to say no to you

More ya do worse treat ya....if u like to work not a good place for ya they punish ppl who work for working as long as they get there all day breaks

Most of the time for most people nothing for 8 hours in the break room...best job I ever had to be honest. I really enjoyed it until It came time for my union people to have my back...and then I seen that I was just a pawn to their break scheme....nice people alot of them like to take it easy so if your laif back easy job mahe good money.

Worst management worst line leads not the greatest HR some terrible co workers

The job itself outstanding best pay and benefits but supervisors line leads HR and about 75% of co workers are terrible c crew has the most shady supervisors line leads and some workers do not trust anyone and don’t depend on anyone but yourself keep to yourself don’t go to c crew supervisor because they are close friends with the shady bunch and favor the worst people that your more then likely making a complaint about also supervisors will have you do shady things that will definitely get you fired and they will say they will help you but they go back on everything they say the job is great but the supervisors line leads most of the workers and hr will make you hate it. AVOID C CREW!

Once you have a target on your back from someone who is buddies with hr or management you should go ahead and quit because you will be fired. The job is easy but the stress and headaches are not worth it.
